Listening & Response skills in Scottish Gaelic conversation 3 / 3

Once you've prepared with the listening in conversation exercises on our YouTube Channel (Scottish Talking topics and gossip), prepare a few scenarios yourself. We also highly recommend you revise all verbs in past, present, future and conditional tense beforehand.

You will be able to practice with other students and get feedbak on how to improve your responses and response time.

1. You are required to write 4 simple scenarios (max. 6 short sentences each), 2 of these detailing who what when where why how and 2 to be a piece of gossip.

2. We do not correct spelling and grammar nor do we offer translation support during the lesson. If you don't know something, don't use it.

3. You need to make yourself understood with clear pronunciation, so you have to practice beforehand. If students don't understand what you said, you can read it again. Do not offer English translations, only Gaelic (or…
